10 years , Micah leads three divisions , four production locations and highly diverse teams of 2,000 employees . For the last four years , he has also held the dual role of President Automotive Aftermarket APAC and since 2020 , has led doubledigit growth . Micah began his career at Cummins , where he spent eight years in managerial roles in the US and China . During his 13-year career with Schaeffler , Micah has worked across multiple Asian locations .
